For My 60th Birthday - In Memory of Emily
As I celebrate my 60th birthday, I’m honoring the memory of my daughter, Emily, who lived with A-T (Ataxia-Telangiectasia).
A-T is a rare genetic disease that causes loss of muscle control and balance, cancer, lung disease and immune system problems in children and young adults. At this time there is no cure for A-T.
Instead of gifts, I kindly ask you to consider a donation to help fund research for therapies and a cure for A-T - supporting other families affected by A-T. Your gift means the world to me as it keeps Emily’s light shining and helps move us closer to a cure.
With love,
The nonprofit A-T Children’s Project partners with academic and industry investigators worldwide – organizing and supporting innovative research, conferences, clinical teams, data platforms and biomarker development – to optimize disease management strategies, develop new treatments and find a cure. We aim to help find treatments and a cure for not only Justus, but for all children fighting this horrible disease. Thank you for your support! Spread awareness by following us on TikTok here.
