All types of fundraisers can be successful in the right environment!

It is important to consider the guests that you will be inviting. If you have a large group of friends and family that love to run, considering a 5K would be a great option. In comparison, if you have a ton of golfers in your support network, a golf tournament would be something to consider!

The cost varies depending on the event type and size.

All costs must be approved by the A-T Children’s Project prior to spending. We will work closely with your vendors for payment. Check out our fundraising guidelines for more information on how to determine your event budget.

The sooner the better!

Ideally, for small to medium size events, 3 months in advance is a good timeframe. For larger events like golf tournaments or 5K races, it is important to begin planning these 6+ months in advance to give your supporters enough time to sign up for the event!

We are here to help you from start to finish!

We will review all contracts with vendors or venue space and assist with insurance coverage for the event. To get you started, we will also create an event donation and registration webpage for you. From there, we can create and provide you with the following (based on your budget): flyers, social media posts, concise cards about A-T, emails to event participants, updated list of participants, sponsor banners, custom golf balls, medals, T-shirts, event signage and anything else that you may need!
