An in-person meeting where scientists and clinicians will:
  • Present their progress to date on efforts to treat ataxia-telangiectasia (A-T) using antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs)
  • Propose and evaluate other, emerging gene editing and replacement technologies that may be feasible for A-T
  • Assess biomarkers and innovative clinical trial designs
  • Share functional assays, tools, data and resources
  • Identify gaps where increased investment is needed
  • Form collaborations to plan next steps
