An in-person meeting where scientists and clinicians will:
Present their progress to date on efforts to treat ataxia-telangiectasia (A-T) using antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs)
Propose and evaluate other, emerging gene editing and replacement technologies that may be feasible for A-T
Assess biomarkers and innovative clinical trial designs
Share functional assays, tools, data and resources
Identify gaps where increased investment is needed
Form collaborations to plan next steps
